Be a leader not a follower. Be bold, be brave, be mighty, be powerful. Sometimes life gets hard and you hold all the weight on your shoulders. "Throw me to the wolves and I'll come back leading the pack" means be optimistic and don't let anybody get to you because you are who you are.
